Release note : Paperless certificate order v1.6
Announcements
We are pleased to announce that we are launching a new version of our platforms for ordering and managing electronic certificate orders.
Improvements
In version 1.6, we have improved our communication with users of the Order Portal and the Extranet platforms.
Custom notifications for subscribers
- Added the ability to automatically notify subscribers when an order has been pending one or more supporting documents for at least one week.
Display of message regarding contact information entered in the order form
- Added a message in the order form informing subscribers that the email addresses and mobile phone numbers provided will be used for the electronic signature of the order request. This information is now clearly displayed so that the subscriber can provide the correct contact information for everyone involved in signing the certificate order (namely the legal representative, the certificate holder, and the authorized representative, if applicable).
Bug fixes
- Fixed an issue that prevented subscribers from selecting an option required to upload necessary documentation for the authorized representative in the “Supporting Documents” section at the end of the order process, in cases where providing this authorization was required for the order portal.
- Fixed an issue that allowed the recording of excessively long company names in the order record, which prevented the certificate from being generated.
- Fixed an issue that allowed the subscriber and the AEA to modify documents uploaded to an order file with a “pending signature” status.
- Fixed an issue that prevented the AEA from canceling an order.
- Fixed an issue that prevented the subscriber from entering a phone number in the “Contact Information” section in certain cases.
- Fixed an issue that generated a reminder notification even after an abandoned order had been deleted.
