We are pleased to announce that we are launching a new version of our platforms for ordering and managing electronic certificate orders.

Improvements

Extranet

• Added the ability to cancel the digital signature process of the order. The order returns to the verification phase. An email is sent to the signatories to inform them of the cancellation.

Order Portal.

• Increased maximum file import size from 3 MB to 20 MB

Bug fixes

• Order Portal : removal of the display of the “Weekly delivery window” section for orders with delivery
• Order Portal : correction of the VAT rate for certificate orders from overseas or Monaco.
• Communication : deletion of an incorrect sentence related to the upload of documents in the email sent to the subscriber when launching the digital signature process of the order.
